Rental Policies at Rental Network
Reservations are recommended to guarantee availability. A deposit is required for most items. The deposit becomes non-refundable one week prior to the function date.
The full amount is due upon pickup of the rental equipment. If delivery has been arranged, full payment is due the day prior to delivery. Sale of equipment, all products remain the property of Rental Network until paid in full.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available at an additional charge. Deliveries are considered "tailgate" deliveries unless prior arrangements are made and delivery is scheduled during our regular hours of operation. We do request a minimum four hour allowance e.g.: 8:00-12:00pm or 1:00-5:00pm. If a specific time is required additional charges do apply. After-hours and Sunday delivery and pickup are available at any time of day when special arrangements are made.
Additional delivery charges may be assessed for:
- Stairs or difficult access
- Equipment not packed properly
- Tables and/or chairs not knocked down and stacked
- China and linen not free of food and refuse
- Specific delivery and pickup times
Tent Specific Policy
Reservation - Tenting should be reserved at your earliest convenience, and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. 100% of the cost is due 7 days advance of the function.
Site Inspection - Required in advance to ensure installation requirements
Liability - Damages to products/equipment while onsite is the sole responsibility of the client.
Decor/Signage - Please use no tape, pins, screws, nails, glues to fasten signage or other items to tenting or other rental products. Please inquire as to approved methods.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
